HOTEL POLICY

Check-In and Check-Out Policy

 a) Check-in time is at 01:30 PM.
 b) Check-out time is at 11:00 AM.
 c) Contact hotel desk for early check-in and late check-out availability and charges.

Child Policy  

 a) Children up to 5 years of age stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
 b) Extra bed charges apply for children aged 5-12 years.

Payment Policy

 a) Our payment policies are designed to provide flexibility and convenience for our guests. For the most up-to-date payment policies and to ensure a seamless booking experience, please check the payment information provided at the time of your booking or contact hotel desk.
 b) Reservations must be guaranteed with advance payment. The amount and due date will be specified during the booking process.
 c) The remaining balance, if any, is typically due upon check-in. Details will be provided during your reservation.
 d) We accept various payment methods including cash, UPI, debit cards and credit cards.
 e) However, acceptance of specific payment methods may vary at different times.
 f)  Please confirm the available payment options at the time of your booking.

Smoking Policy

a) Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas including rooms.
b) Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel. Kindly use balcony space outside your rooms.

Cancellation Policy

a) Cancellation policies, including any applicable fees, will be communicated at the time of booking.
b) Refund eligibility and procedures will be outlined based on the cancellation policy and specific circumstances.
c) In case of group booking, no refunds will be made for any unused package nights.
d) Should you wish to cancel with us for any reason

Pet Policy  

 a) Pets are not allowed, except for service animals as required by law.  

Noise and Disturbance Policy

 a) Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
 b) Playing music in common areas or playing loud music inside your rooms after 10:00 PM is not allowed, respecting local village norms and                         government regulations.

Damage and Loss Policy

 a) Guests will be held financially responsible for any damage caused by them or their visitors to the hotel property during their stay.
 b) The full amount for repairing or replacing damaged items will be charged to the guests.
 c) This includes but is not limited to furniture, fixtures, and electronic devices.
 d) Guests are encouraged to report any damages promptly to avoid misunderstandings or additional charges.
 e) Charges may apply for missing items from rooms.

Safety and Security Policy

 a) Guests can use in-room safes for valuables, available on demand.
 b) Emergency procedures and exits are clearly marked and provided to guests.

Privacy Policy

 a) Guest privacy is respected, and personal information is handled in accordance with applicable laws.

Health and Safety Policy

 a) Guests must adhere to health and safety guidelines, including those related to COVID-19 or other health concerns.
 b) Compliance with local health regulations and hotel protocols is mandatory.

Facilities and Amenities Policy  

 a) Use of hotel facilities is subject to specific rules and operating hours.
 b) Additional charges may apply for certain facilities or services.

Swimming Pool Rules 

 a) Pool access is free for our staying guests.
 b) The pool is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM daily.
 c) All guests must shower before entering the pool.
 d) Appropriate swimwear is required.
 e) No jeans, cut-offs, or non-swim clothing allowed.
 f) Diving is strictly prohibited.
 g) Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
 h) Running, rough play, and horseplay are not permitted in the pool area.
 i) No food or drinks are allowed in the pool. Please use designated areas for eating and drinking.
 j) No smoking / hookah is allowed in the pool area.
 k) Guests with open wounds, infections, or contagious diseases are not permitted in the pool.
 l) Pets are not allowed in the pool area.
 m) Please keep noise to a minimum to respect other guests.
 n) In case of an emergency, contact a staff member immediately or use the provided emergency equipment.
 o) The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please keep personal belongings secure.
 p) No lifeguard on duty. Swim at your own risk.
 q) Breaking any of the above rules might result in a fine.
 r) Non-staying guests can contact hotel desk for pool use charges.

Gymnasium Rules

 a) Gym access is free for our staying guests
 b) The gym is open from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM daily.
 c) Appropriate workout attire and closed-toe athletic shoes are required. No jeans, sandals, or flip-flops.
 d) Store personal belongings in designated lockers. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 e) Use equipment properly and follow posted instructions. Wipe down equipment after use with provided disinfectant wipes.
 f) Use safety collars on all free weights and return weights to their proper racks after use.
 g) Guests under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
 h) No Food or Drinks. Only water in sealed, spill-proof containers is allowed.
 i) No Smoking. The gym is a smoke-free environment.
 j) Use headphones for personal music devices. Keep noise levels to a minimum to respect other guests.
 k) External personal trainers are not permitted.
 l) Inform hotel staff of any malfunctioning equipment or safety hazards immediately.
 m) Guests with health concerns or injuries should consult a doctor before using the gym.
 n) Maintain personal hygiene and use provided sanitizers.
 o) In case of an emergency, contact a staff member immediately.
 p) Breaking any of the above rules might result in a fine.
 q) Non-staying guests can contact hotel desk for gym use charges.

Dormitory Rules

 a) Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Please be considerate of others during these times.
 b) Maintain cleanliness in shared spaces.
 c) Dispose of trash in designated bins and clean up after yourself.
 d) Store personal belongings in your assigned locker. The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
 e) No food or drinks are allowed in the dormitory rooms. Please use the designated dining areas.
 f) Alcohol consumption and smoking are strictly prohibited in the dormitory.
 g) Respect the privacy and space of other guests. Loud conversations, phone calls, and disruptive behaviour are not allowed.
 h) No outside visitors are allowed in the dormitory rooms. Common areas are available for meeting guests.
 i) Outside food is not allowed.
 j) Towels are provided on demand
 k) Dormitory lights will be turned off at 11:00 PM. Please use personal reading lights if needed.
 l) Use dormitory facilities, such as bathrooms, responsibly and with consideration for other guests.
 m) Weapons, illegal substances, and hazardous materials are not allowed on the premises.
 n) Follow all instructions and requests from hotel staff for the safety and comfort of all guests.

Sustainability Policies: 

 At Khurpatal Lake Inn, we are committed to sustainable practices to ensure a positive impact on our environment and community.
 Here are a few of the measures we have implemented:
 a) Reduction of Single-Use Plastics: To minimize plastic waste, we have replaced single use plastic water bottles with reusable glass bottles in all                 rooms  and common areas. Additionally, toiletries are provided in refillable dispensers and packaged in biodegradable craft paper instead of single-         use packaging.
     For guests who prefer sealed mineral water bottles, it is available on chargeable basis.
 b) Environmental Conservation: We actively work to preserve the natural beauty of Khurpatal Lake by banning all commercial activities on the lake,             ensuring it remains clean and pristine for future generations. We requests all our guests to maintain cleanliness in and outside the hotel premises             including lake, trails, forests and surrounding village area.
 c) Seasonal Bonfires: To reduce wood consumption, bonfires are only available during the cold months of December and January.
     This practice helps minimize our environmental footprint while still providing warmth and ambiance during the winter season.
 d) Energy Efficiency: We encourage guests to participate in our towel and linen reuse program to save water and reduce energy consumption.
     By adhering to these sustainability practices, we aim to create a responsible and eco-friendly environment for our guests and the local community.

Complaints and Feedback Policy

 a) Guests are encouraged to provide feedback promptly to hotel management / reception desk.
 b) The hotel strives to resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner.
 c) The hotel holds full rights to remove any guest(s) causing any nuisance or failing to adhere to hotel rules and policies, with no refund provided for             any  advance payment made.
